Brighten Industrial was established in 1998. Our main products are kitchenware, index cutting board, BBQ tools/grills and ceramic knives. All our products meet FDA and LFGB standards. We are also ISO 9001:2008 and BSCI certified. We export our products mainly to North America, Europe and Malaysia and our famous buyers include TCM, ALDI, LIDL and Tessco.
Our six factories have a total area of 20,000m2. We have more than 120 skilled workers that include five R&D staff which has six years of work experience, 15 export service staff with an average of more than five years of industry experience and 30 QC staff. Our QC staff is distributed to five of our production lines. They ensure product quality by conducting several functional tests which include washing machine test, rigidity test, salty spray test and drop test. These are all done using advanced machineries to ensure efficiency.
We are able to design an average of five new products monthly. Sample can be made within seven days. Our monthly capacity for index cutting board is 50,000 sets, 300,000 for ceramic knife and 90,000 pieces for charcoal BBQ grills.
Our return rate is less than 0.5 percent. Our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces. We can deliver within 20 days.
